Disclaimer:
All adoptees will have a health record. All adoptees will have tested negative for FeLV/FIV. All adoptees requiring shipping will ship with a Certificate of Good Health from a licensed veterinarian.

No warrantee is provided for communicable diseases once your pet leaves our premises, including communicable diseases contracted in transit from our home to yours.

Peppershire Cattery will guarantee the health of an adoptee for 72 business hours after shipping. If a licensed veterinarian finds and documents that your adoptee suffers from a genetic deficiency that will prevent him/her from functioning as a pet, at it's sole discretion, Peppershire Cattery will either replace the animal or issue a full refund, less shipping costs. Under no circumstances will Peppershire Cattery assume or be liable for veterinary fees and/or associated charges once your adoptee leaves our premises.

Peppershire Cattery will replace an adoptee if it should become deceased due to a genetic disorder. A Necropsy must be completed and submitted to Peppershire Cattery for review prior to replacing the adoptee.
